Alcázar de Segovia
The Alcázar de Segovia is a striking medieval fortress perched on a rocky outcrop, offering panoramic views of the city. Its fairy-tale appearance has inspired many legends and was even a residence for Spanish royalty. Don’t miss the Hall of Kings, which displays sculptures of 52 monarchs, illustrating the rich royal history of Spain.

Church of Vera Cruz

Royal Palace of La Granja de San Ildefonso

Monastery of San Antonio el Real

Casa de los Picos
A unique building in Segovia’s old town, the Casa de los Picos is famous for its façade, covered in pyramid-shaped stones. Built in the 15th century, it now houses an art school and exhibition space. Look closely at the stone detailing, which gives the house its distinctive jagged appearance.

Museum of Segovia
Housed in a former palace, the Museum of Segovia offers a deep dive into the city’s history, from prehistoric times to the modern era. Its collection includes Roman artifacts, medieval art, and ethnographic exhibits. A special highlight is the Roman mosaic, which is beautifully preserved and a fine example of ancient artistry.

Jewish Quarter
The Jewish Quarter of Segovia is a labyrinth of narrow streets that echo the city’s medieval past. Once home to a thriving Jewish community, it still retains traces of its historical significance. Keep an eye out for the Synagogue of Corpus Christi, now a Catholic church, which reveals the quarter’s multi-religious heritage.
